⊹ ࣪ ˖ terms of service ⊹ ࣪ ˖

by commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed below. please read everything carefully before placing your order. hidden somewhere within these terms is a secret code word. include it when filling out your commission form so i know you’ve read everything!payment ₊˚⊹♡♡ all commissions must be paid 100% upfront before any work begins.♡ all payments must be made in usd (united states dollars).♡ payments are accepted cashapp, venmo, and paypal.♡ your commission slot is not reserved until payment has been received.

delivery ₊˚⊹♡♡ all artwork is delivered digitally via email or discord.♡ no physical product will be shipped.♡ once your commission has been delivered, it is your responsibility to download and save your files. i am not responsible for lost files after delivery, though i may resend them if i still have them archived.

revisions ₊˚⊹♡♡ you may request up to three major revisions during the sketch phase.♡ after the sketch has been approved, only minor edits (such as eye color, small markings, or tiny details) may be requested.♡ major changes after sketch approval (new pose, outfit redesign, different character, etc.) may require an additional fee or may be declined.

turnaround ₊˚⊹♡♡ estimated turnaround is typically 2–4 weeks, depending on my queue and real life obligations.♡ i accept 5 commissions a week. i will always be clear on what week your commission will land on!♡ i will always do my best to keep you updated if delays occur.

refunds ₊˚⊹♡♡ you may request a full refund if i have not started your commission within 30 days of payment.♡ if i am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive either a full or partial refund depending on how much work has been completed.♡ once significant work has begun, refunds are generally unavailable.

communication ₊˚⊹♡♡ please respond to questions or update requests in a timely manner.♡ if i do not receive a response for an extended period, your commission may be delayed until i hear back from you.

usage rights ₊˚⊹♡♡ commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights have been discussed and purchased beforehand.♡ you may post your commission online with proper credit.♡ you may not claim the artwork as your own.♡ you may not trace, heavily edit, redistribute, or resell my artwork.♡ commercial use, merchandise, branding, advertising, or monetized content requires an additional commercial licensing fee.

ai & blockchain ₊˚⊹♡♡ my artwork may not be used for ai training, datasets, image generation, machine learning, or any similar technologies.♡ my artwork may not be minted, sold, or used in connection with nfts, cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or any future technologies of a similar nature.

artist rights ₊˚⊹♡♡ i retain full copyright to all artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.♡ i reserve the right to post completed commissions in my portfolio, social media, or commission gallery unless confidentiality has been discussed beforehand.♡ i reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason. if canceled by me before completion, you will receive an appropriate refund.

my traditional artwork has been recognized with 2nd and 3rd place awards at the granite state fair (fall 2025), and every commission is created with the same care and attention to detail.
your finished artwork will be carefully packaged and mailed directly to you, with free shipping included. if you’d like your piece ready to display, you can also add a matching frame during checkout for an additional $20. every piece is completely unique and made especially for you!
